Last month, we went to Bintan Resort of Indonesia. We stayed in Nirvana Garden, a 4 star hotel. Nirwana Gardens is a truly complete resort destination for you, your family, loved ones and friends. Even getting there is easy – via a 55 minute ride on fast speed catamaran from the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore, followed by coach transfer from the ferry terminal to the resort grounds.
There is really a good place to relax, but if you want to have nice dinner, you have to call the outside restaurant to make an appointment then they will pick you up in hotel’s gate. Otherwise, you may also have dinner inside the hotel; since the resort is far from the city, you’d better hire a car and spent one day in Shopping. The time on the way to shopping will be about 4 hours.
If you go here first, please remember that do not change money to Indonesia money as they accept Singapore dollar. Everything there can be paid by Singapore dollar. That time, we changed the money before we went there; when we pay them, they told us the amount in Singapore dollar, then change to Indonesia money; of course, the exchange rate is lower than the rate we change money.
